Equipped with cloud-enabled connectivity*, the E80W GbS offers an electrical adjustment of the burr distance. Baristas can manually adjust the grind size or leverage automatic synchronization with a compatible commercial espresso machine or Sync enabled device to achieve target extraction times effortlessly. Enhanced by an intelligent algorithm, the E80W GbS ensures fast, consistent and precise extraction – perfect for busy cafes where speed and reliability are crucial.

High-Perormence Grind-by-Weight Technology
The E80W Gbs features Grind-by-weight technology, using a high-precision load cell scale that weighs coffee grounds 6,000 times per second during grinding and ensures accurate, repeatable doses. This eliminates over-or under-dosing, delivering consistent, high-quality espresso even during peak hours-perfect for busy cafes that demand speed and reliability.
 
Advanced Automation for Busy Environments.
The E80W GbS’s automated and fully electrical transitions between grind recipes allow for seamless adjustments based on stored profiles. The AGSA (Automatic Grind Size Adjustment) feature provides precise control over grind fineness, ensuring perfect espresso consistency. Two sensors work together: one tracks the cone shaft’s position, while the other monitors the motor. This enables grind adjustments with a precision of 0.001mm, delivering unmatched grinding finesse.
 
Rapid, Tool-Free Calibration.
The E80W Grind-by-Sync simplifies burr calibration, making it fast and effortless. Unlike traditional methods that require manual adjustments and can take 10+ minutes, the E80W GbS allows users to calibrate to zero with just a few taps on the display. This reduces calibration time to just 10 seconds, improving efficiency by over 98% and minimizing downtime.
