All service requests should be submitted through the Request Form by Selecting
When scheduling a service call for repair, preventive maintenance, or cleaning etc.., we typically schedule for the next business day.
Upon receiving the Service Request form, we will respond promptly to arrange an appointment date and time. After scheduling the appointment, we kindly request a 2-hour window for the service, as calls may occasionally exceed expected durations. If our schedule permits earlier service, we will notify you to make the necessary arrangements.
It is essential that the owner or an authorized person be present during the service call to discuss and provide relevant information. If no authorized personnel are present when the technician arrives, we will cancel the service call. The customer will be responsible for the travel fee and need to reschedule the service call.

To assist you effectively and avoid additional fees, please provide the brand and model of your espresso machine, along with a detailed description of the issue(s) you are experiencing.

If a technician arrives at your location and you did not cancel or no longer need the service, the customer will be responsible for the travel fee.​​​​​​​​​​

Emergency Service Call Schedule
All Emergency service requested should be submitted through the Requested Form by Selecting Emergency Service Call

Emergency Service Calls are for.
1.Before and/or After hrs.
2.Saturday and/or Sunday
3.Holiday's​

After we received the Service Requested Form, Shortly a designated technician will reach out to you to confirm your service appointment and provide an estimated time of arrival (ETA).

It is essential that the owner or an authorized representative from your party is present during the service call to discuss and make decisions at the time, as well as provide relevant information. If no personnel is available when the technician arrives, we will cancel the service call and no service will be performed. The customer will be responsible for the travel fee and will need to reschedule the service call.

​​​Schedule Installation.
Schedule Installations requested should be submitted through the Requested Form by Scheduled Installation
When scheduling an Installation Please specify if this installation will be for a Coffee Shop, or for Trailer, Food Truck, or for a Cart.

Certain preparations must be made before a technician arrives to perform the installation of your new Espresso Machine. It's important to note that the technician will not perform tasks beyond those related to the machine itself. Adequate water, draining, and electrical preparation must be made before installation can begin. If these arrangements have not been made, you will be responsible for the additional service charges.
It is very important that the owner or a designated (authorize) person from you party is present during the service in order to discuss and/or to provide relevant information if personnel is not present at the time technician arrives we will cancel service call, and we will not perform any service if personnel is not present.

Coffee Shop's needing to be set up with the following to proceed with an Installation.
Customers must ensure the following are prepared and fully operational:

- Water Filtration System (suitable for Espresso and/or Coffee Brewer Machines)

- Counter with a 2.5" or 3" opening ​

Payment
The Customer authorizes METROPLEX ESPRESSO TECH LLC. to perform service specified service and agrees to make payment accordingly.
Upon completion of services, payment is required!

Accepted payment methods:
​A transaction fee applies for payment made through Credit/Debit card(s). Transaction fee are waives for payment made via Cash, Zelle, or Check at the reception time. All returned unpaid checks will be charged a customary fee.
​
30 Days Credit Term: New and Existing customers who would like to set up a 30-day credit term, please contact us to request a credit form. Please fill it out and send it back to us. Note that establishing an account with us is required. Contact us for any additional information regarding the account setup requirements.
If Account is NOT set up for 30 days terms. Payment is required, Upon completion of service.
For those who have set up the account with a 30-day term, please ensure that the check is received within this period.

A late fee charge of $45 will be charge for every 30 days of invoice past due. METROPLEX ESPRESSO TECH LLC. will not issue refunds. any credit balance will be retained in customers account and will be applied towards future service/purchase.
