If a technician arrives at your location and you did not cancel or no longer require the service, please note that you will be responsible for covering the travel fee. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
In The Shop Service's
! You can drop off your equipment for repairs at our shop during business hours, no appointment necessary. We're here to help you get your gear back in working order!
How does this work? An estimate fee will be charged if you choose not to go ahead with the repairs. When dropping off your equipment, you will fill out a form with your contact information, equipment details, and the issue you are experiencing. The estimate process takes 2-3 business days. Once we have the estimated repair cost, we will contact you to inform you and seek your approval before proceeding with the repairs. The repair time will vary based on the machine's needs and whether we need to order parts.

Installation's Fee's

If the equipment was purchased through Metroplex Espresso Tech LLC, the installation fee is $330.00, along with any additional costs for materials necessary for during the installation process.

Trailer and Food Truck installations are conducted exclusively at our shop and require a scheduled appointment. The labor service fee is set at $650.00, along with any additional costs for materials necessary for customization during the installation process.

Cart setup and customization services are exclusively offered at our shop and require a scheduled appointment. The service fee begins at $220.00, in addition to any costs for materials to fulfill your customization requirements.
If you have your own equipment and wish to schedule an installation appointment, please be aware that the installation fee begins at $330.00, in addition to any necessary materials for the installation.
Customers must ensure the following are prepared and fully operational:

In the event of a failure that necessitates rescheduling, the customer will be responsible for the travel fee.
Wall plug and machine plug will vary depending on your Espresso machine.
If an installation Is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment or the customer is not ready for Service/Installation the customer will be responsible to cover the travel fee.

We generally schedule appointments for the next business day. If you're facing an urgent matter with your espresso machine, please start description with "Emergency," and we will do our best to provide service the same day if our schedule permits. Once we have all the information, we will coordinate with you to find a suitable day and time for your appointment.
